What is it you want?

Why do you want it?
Your health, your energy, your attitude, your strength will help you get better at all other areas of your life. Focus energy on the one thing you want for yourself! How will you get there? What can you do each day to get closer to that? It’s NOT easy. Things get in the way. Sometimes we have to learn to say no to the things, the events, the people that do not serve us or get in the way of our goals. Your WHY must be strong enough to allow you to say no to other things.
What’s the one thing you can do today to move towards your goal! Small progress adds up to big results and happiness. Schedule it, do everything in your power to make that one thing happen every day! It absolutely cannot be cancelled. It’s your priority each day. Don’t let things get in the way of your progress. Stop letting other people control you. If your goal is 30 minutes of “you time” per day, then make it happen. It’s only 30 minutes. Everything will be there when you are done. You will feel good the remainder of the day knowing you accomplished that. This will set your tone and over time will make you a happier more confident person.
